NORTHERN INDIA BREAKFAST
Northern India has extreme climate conditions for both Summer and Winter.There is abundance of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables.
North India Cuisines are usually thick, moderately spiced and rich gravies.The use of dry fruits and nuts is very commonly used in everyday kitchen .Dairy products like Milk,Creme, Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Ghee and yogurt plays an important role in the cooking of both Savoury and sweet dishes.
The Mughal infuence has resulted in meat eating habits among many North Indians. Also a variety of Flour is used in making different types of bread such as chapatti, puri, kachori etc.
With moving from every state the food and the preparation differs.Northern India the states region such as Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttarpradesh,Rajasthan and
Uttarakhand.

- Kumani Cuisine
- Kashmiri Cuisine
- Mughlai Cuisine
- Punjabi Cuisine
- Rajasthani Cuisine
- Uttarpradesh Cuisine
- Lukhnawi Cuisine
All of these cuisine has a stong influence of central Asia.
The very famous North Indian breakfast are:-
- PARANTHA
These Parantha's can be of Aloo, Gobi, Mooli, Paneer, Pyaaz etc.
- CHOLE BHATURE
- KACHORI
- SANDWHICH
- MATAR KI CHAAT AND KULCHE
