This dish is the most popular item which comes in mind when we cannot decide what to prepare in menu.It is such a dish which goes very well with Dal-Chawal(Rice-Lentil).Let it be any combination of dal it goes very well .A very good tiffin recipe for kids or even for office.An instant dish.So let's straight way come to the recipe.

- POTATO-5-6 CUT IN ROUND CIRCLES
- OIL
- SALT-1/2 TSP
- RED CHILLI PWDR-1/4 TSP
- CORIANDER PWDR-1/2 TSP
- AMCHUR(DRY MANGO PWDR)-1/4 TSP
- GARAM MASALA(1/4 TSP)
PROCEDURE:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin round slices.
- Take oil in a open big Frying pan.
- When it is smoking hot add the potato slices, but be very careful
- Spread them evenly in the pan and let it cook on medium high flame.stir in between.
- Wait for them to be equally golden brown and they will appear crisp.
- Now add all the spices mixture on to them.
- dont't cook it cover
- When potatoes are done, cover it and close the flame. It will be cooked in the steam itself.
- Done..Crispy Aloo chakliyaan is ready.
