EGG CURRY/ANDA CURRY/PUNJABI EGG CURRY/HOW TO MAKE EGG CURRY

Egg curry is something when you are not in a mode to prepare anything, what comes in my mind is egg curry.;).
It's a recipe which is not yet elaborate but delicious at the end.It can be served with Roti, Parantha,or Jeera rice.So lets begin.It's Yum Yum....

INGREDIENTS


  • 4 BOILED EGGS
  • ONION-1 GRATED
  • GARLIC-4-5 CLOVES GRATED
  • GINGER-1/2 INCH GRATED
  • TOMATOES-3 GRATED
  • SALT
  • TURMERIC-1/2 TSP
  • RED CHILLI PWDR-1/2 TSP
  • OIL
  • CORIANDER LEAVES-GARNISH


PROCEDURE
  • First of all boil all the eggs and de shell them, cut them into halves
  • Take oil into the karahi, add onion paste to it
  • Now add ginger,garlic to it
  • After it's browned add tomatoes to it
  • Now add all the spices mentioned into the ingredients section
  • When we see oil separating from the masala, add the water to it to make a gravy consistency
  • Now add the boiled eggs to it
  • Serve with garnished Coriander.
