CHILLI PANEER/CHILLY PANEER/HOW TO MAKE CHILI PANEER/RESTURANT STYLE CHILLI PANNER

Chilli Paneer is my and my family's all time favorite recipe.I have learnt this recipe from my mom. She is a fabulous cook.When ever i crave for something Indo-Chinese i go for this recipe.It is usually served with fried rice.

INGREDIENTS


  • PANEER-200 GMS CUBED
  • ONION-1 LARGE CUBED
  • CAPSICUM-1 LARGE CUBED
  • GARLIC-10 CLOVES FINELY CHOPPED
  • GINGER-1/2 INCH GRATED
  • SALT
  • SUGAR-1 TSP
  • TOMATO KETCHUP-2 TSP
  • SOY SAUCE-2 TSP
  • VINEGAR-1 TSP
  • CHILLI PWDR-TASTE
  • SPRING ONION-1/4 CUP CHOPPED


FOR FRYING

  • MAIDA/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR-3 TSP
  • CORNFLOUR-5 TBSP
  • SALT
  • SUGAR
  • PEPPER PWDR
  • GINGER GARLIC PASTE-1/2 TSP
  • WATER
  • OIL-FOR FRYING
PROCEDURE
  • heat oil in a pan, mix all the ingredients in the for frying category properly.
  • Add in water and make a thin batter of coating consistency.
  • dip the paneer in the batter and fry in batches.
  • Mix all the sauces in the bowl
  • Now in the same frying pan, if it has oil left then OK, otherwise add a tsp of oil to it.
  • add onion and capsicum saute it well and remove it to a plate
  • add in ginger, garlic and fry for a minute
  • then add salt and sugar to it
  • then add all the mix sauces and add the fried onion and capsicum to the sauce mixture
  • now add paneer to it 
  • add a little water to it to make a little gravy
  • mix cornflour in water and add to the gravy
  • this will thicken the sauce and it will be ready to serve
  • garnish it with spring onions

***sorry I was out of spring onion.....
