VEGETABLE MAGGI/HOW TO MAKE THE BEST MAGGI

Maggi the staple food for every young Indian who is living alone or in hostel and  does not know any cooking. Easy to cook and the very fact that is so affordable makes it so popular.Over the years many companies came with so many instant noodles but MAGGI IS MAGGI!!!!No body it able to get the same taste.So let's not come to the politics of other brands and come to Maggi.

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 PACK OF MAGGI
  • ONIONS-1/2 CUP CHOPPED
  • GREEN CHILLI-1
  • TOMATOES-1/2 CUP CHOPPED
  • CARROTS-1 CHOPPED FINELY BOILED
  • PEAS-1/4 CUP BOILED
  • BEANS-1/4 CUP BOILED
  • OIL
  • SALT
  • TURMERIC(OPTIONAL)
PROCEDURE
  • Take oil in a frying pan. Add onions to it and fry it a little bit.
  • When they are golden brown add tomatoes, and rest of the vegetable to it.
  • Now add salt, taste maker and turmeric to it.
  • Saute it a little bit and now add 2 cups of water to it. 
  • Break the maggi into 2-3 pieces and add to the mixture. and cover and cook.
  • Serve it when done. It should be a little soupy as I prefer that ways , If you want you can dry all the water and have it dried as well.It taste good both ways.
  • For more exotic add shredded cheese on top if it, to get it cheesey.But I have made it in a simple way.
