ZUCCHINI KI SABZI/HOW TO MAKE ZUCCHINI VEGETABLE/HEALTHY ZUCCHINI
So let's start the recipe....
INGREDIENTS:
- ZUCCHINI-2 CUT IN SMALLER CUBES
- CUMIN-1/2 TSP
- MUSTARD SEEDS-1/2 TSP
- SALT
- RED CHILLI POWDER
- TURMERIC-1/2 TSP
- OIL
- HING-ASAFOETIDA-1/4 TSP
- CORIANDER POWDER-1/2 TSP
- TOMATOES-3-4 GRATED
PROCEDURE
- Wash and peel the skin of Zucchini and cut it into small cubes.
- Take a pressure cooker and add some oil to it.
- Now add Hing to it and cumin and mustard seeds later on.
- As it splutter's add the tomatoes grated and spices to it.
- Keep stirring and when the oil separated out add the zucchini to it.
- Keep sauteing.
- Now add 1/2 glass of water to it and close the lid , Give it 2 whistles and it is done.
- Serve it with coriander leaves.

I cup serving of Zucchini with minimal oil gives us 150 calories approx.
