INGREDIENTS:
  • ZUCCHINI-2 CUT IN SMALLER CUBES
  • CUMIN-1/2 TSP
  • MUSTARD SEEDS-1/2 TSP
  • SALT
  • RED CHILLI POWDER
  • TURMERIC-1/2 TSP
  • OIL
  • HING-ASAFOETIDA-1/4 TSP
  • CORIANDER POWDER-1/2 TSP
  • TOMATOES-3-4 GRATED

PROCEDURE
  • Wash and peel the skin of Zucchini and cut it into small cubes.
  • Take a pressure cooker and add some oil to it.
  • Now add Hing to it and cumin  and mustard seeds later on.
  • As it splutter's add the tomatoes grated and spices to it.
  • Keep stirring and when the oil separated out add the zucchini to it.
  • Keep sauteing.
  • Now add 1/2 glass of water to it and close the lid , Give it 2 whistles and it is done.
  • Serve it with coriander leaves.

I cup serving of Zucchini with minimal oil gives us 150 calories approx.
