MANGO SHAKE/HOW TO MAKE ROSE MANGO SHAKE


There are many different kinds of mangoes that range in color, shape, flavor and seed size. While the skin color of mangoes can vary from green to red, yellow or orange, the inner flesh of the mango is mostly a golden yellow. They have a sweet and creamy taste and contain over 20 Vitamins and minerals.

The best Mangoes for Mango Shake is safeda, Alphonso and totapari.I have used Safeda here to prepare shake. Mango Shakes are simply the best, it is cool tempting and easy drink to be prepared. The very easiest way is to simply put mango pieces, sugar and milk into a blending jar and tada is done.
When we were kids we use to wait for the summers to arrive so that we can have Mango Shake daily. My mum use to add a dash of Roofafza along with it which use to give a very nice flavour as well.

INGREDIENTS:-

  • MILK-3 GLASES
  • SUGAR-3 TSP
  • MANGO -1 FULL
  • ROOFAFZA-2 TSP
  • ICE CUBES

PROCEDURE:-
  • Take a blender and add 1 glass of milk and mango pieces along with sugar.
  • Blend it good to a smooth puree.
  • Now add rest of the milk and roofafza to it  and blend to a good 1 min
  • Now add ice pieces to it and serve it. 
  • Serve it chilled.
