HEALTHY CREAM CHICKEN/HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY CREAM CHICKEN/PUNJABI CREAM CHICKEN
It was a weekend and being so cold outside didn't wanted to go out and have dinner, so made this cream chicken but in a healthy manner. You can also ditch your weekend plans to go out for dinner and try this quick, easy and luscious chicken recipe. Punjabi Creamy Chicken comes from the towns of Punjab and this chicken recipe will leave you in complete delight. Amazingly delectable and delicious, you'll love this easy recipe!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 KG OF BONE CHICKEN
- 2 CUPS OF YOGURT(BEAT IT PROPERLY)
- 10-15 GARLIC (GRATED)
- SALT TO TASTE
- PEPPER TO TASTE
- OIL-1 TSP
- CREAM-5-6 TSP(OPTIONAL)
- KASURI METHI-1 TSP CRUSHED
PROCEDURE
- Take a big open karahi, and add 1 tsp of oil to it.
- Now add grated Garlic to it and don't brown it too much, it should remain white.
- Now add chicken to it and saute it well
- Add salt and pepper to it , mix well
- Now pour the beaten Yogurt/dahi to it and cook it on slow flame till the chicken is tender.
- When chicken is well cooked high the flame so as to dry out the water in the chicken and add finally cream to it.
- Adding cream is completely optional but yes it does make it rich and more tasty.
- Finally sprinkle the kasuri methi on top of it
- Serve it.!!!
