Well it was my son's friend sudden visit to our house. So what does every kid wants PIZZAAAA..
So the very thought came in my mind was let's make Pizza but in a healthy manner with lots of vegetables and greens and Paneer and lots of cheesee...
when you hide the vegetable in cheese every kid can have it.Even we also 😜😜.so Lett's start it without making any further blabbering.Yum yum...

INGREDIENTS
- READY-MADE PIZZA BASE
- SCHEZWAN SAUCE
- TOMATO SAUCE
- CHEESE MOZZARELLA
- CHEESE SLICES
- PANEER-100 GMS CUT IN CUBES
- ONION-1 IN RINGS
- CAPSICUM-1 IN RINGS
- MUSHROOM-2-3 IN SLICES
- SALT
- PEPPER
- OREGANO
- BUTTER
PROCEDURE
- Preheat the oven at 200.C
- Take the base and apply butter on it.
- Now spread the Schezwan sauce and Tomato sauce on to it.
- And now arrange the vegetables as, onion, Paneer, Mushroom,Capsicum on to it.
- After that cover it completely with shredded cheese. It is up-to you how much you want to have cheesey. The more the merrier.
- Now Put it on the Convection oven at 200*C fr 10 mins
- keep an eye after 8 mins so as to brown the crust and melt the cheese.
- It is done.......
- Sprinkle the salt, Pepper and oregano afterwards and serve it.
- YUM YUM
