CHICKEN KEBAB MASALA/HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT STYLE CHICKEN KEBAB/PUNJABI CHICKEN KEBAB MASALA

Incredible Juicy, delicious and full of flavour, is what chicken Skeekh kabab at our house are. It's a very easy recipe which is very succulent and fuss free. For this recipe I prefer using frozen kabab's from any good brand and I have selected Yummiez from RealGood. These one are of really good quality and very easy to handle. But please check the date of manufacturing and expiry. It should not be too old as even though it says  under expiry the meat losses its taste and texture.

This is a very easy dish for sudden guest attack.I mean if unknowingly guest appears . You should just have these Kabab in your pantry. Also it is very good to be served as a starter.

So let's now get started with the recipe, Yum Yum.....


INGREDEINTS;-

  • FROZEN CHICKEN SKEEKH KABAB-1 PACKET
  • ONION-2 GRATED
  • GARLIC-8-10 MINCED
  • GINGER-1/2 INCH
  • TOMATO-3 GRATED
  • OIL-MUSTARD
  • SALT
  • RED CHILLI PWDR-1 TSP
  • TURMERIC-1/2 TSP
  • CORIANDER PWDR-1/2 TSP
  • GARAM MASLA-TASTE
  • MDH MEAT MASALA-1 TSP
  • CORIANDER-LEAVES
  • WATER-FOR GRAVY

PROCEDURE-
  • Add oil to a frying pan and cut the skeekh kabab into 1 inch pieces and fry them shallow.
  • Once done take them out and keep it aside.
  • Add again oil to the pan and add grated onion to it.
  • Fry them a little and add grated garlic and ginger to it.
  • When they are equally browned, add tomatoes to it and wait till the oil separates out.
  • Now add all the masalas like salt, turmeric and other's.
  • Add a little water to make a thick gravy for the same. 
  • Now add the fried pieces to the masala mixture and close the lid to let it simmer and get the spices into it.
  • After 5 mins open the lid and add coriander leaves to it and serve it hot.
